The housing market has yet to fully recover from the busted bubble of a few years ago, and the number of foreclosures continue to increase. What happens to all the people who can no longer afford their homes and have their credit rating damaged during the process so that they cannot buy another home right away? One real estate market is seeing the benefit of all this housing flux…there’s currently a rental boom in Columbus and around the country.
